So I have Icon leafs and the Icon bumps in the rear. My truck handles great in the back for stock shocks so Im impressed with the springs and the bumps save my frame. I run King shocks and Icon Delta Joint UCA's up front and its amazing

I bought from a Vendor to get my Icons. The vendor took over a week to respond to me with a question. I contacted IVD immediately, sent them the required information via email. I had to follow-up with them to be told that I didn't have a warranty concern (missing hardware from my original shipment) Well, no shit it's not warranty, you only shipped half the hardware. After many calls, wait times, disconnected calls, I finally was able to get a price, pay them and the parts arrived within a few days. As I posted earlier, the springs are making a popping noise, I hear it each time I back up. I'll do a re-torque tomorrow and post an update

On a time constraint with this reply but I’ll chime in really quickly.

I currently own a 2018 SCREW and have the Icon Stage 4 setup on my truck. I actually had the kit installed in stages as the entire kit is relatively expensive.

Overall impressions:
1) Truck is really smooth on and off the road hands down. Icon did a great job allowing the user to dial in the stiffness with the turn of a few dials. Driving around the town, I run the shocks on their softest setting, truly is like a cloud in most cases. Off-roading, I adjust the dials as per Icons recommendations (you need to call them and ask for those details).
2) I currently run the leafs with their second setup, replace a leaf option. I carry a bed rack with two spares, a jack, and two 5 gallon gas jugs. I also carry a cooler when wheeling as well. Fully loaded, the truck is level and feels incredibly planted going over whoops, etc.

Cons:
1) At some point, you might feel like you’re gonna wanna upgrade your setup even more, as from the research I have done, when it comes to Icon, there are boundaries. For example, I’m currently considering purchasing RPGs mid travel kit up front. I can reuse my Icon 3.0s and purchase Icons secondary bypass shock with finned rezzys, and be done with it. But what about the rear? Icon doesn’t sell 3.5+ Rear Bypass shocks, so I’ll likely have to run King or Fox which I’m not Crazy about (love king and fox, but Icons shocks are progressive and king and fox are linear).
2) Maintenance. I know this is a given, but with so many bolts on the truck now, I feel as if I’m always tightening these things down or regressing the UCAs when doing my own oil changes every 5k miles. It’s not the end of the world because you’ll likely have to do this with all aftermarket products, but if you’re busy like me, be prepared.
3) Their shipping: lol. It took them 3 times to send me the shocks via FedEx because each time, they arrived damaged. Insane. Their customer service made it right by hooking me up with some stuff but man, I was really disappointed to see Fedex or Icon mess that up as many times as they did.
