Red Green Blue....3 primary colors that make up all the colors we can see. Old school display systems had 3 video channels...all providing that color information. When one of the color channels would go bad, the display would act like the OP's picture. In this case, it looks like the red and Green is being sent, but Blue is absent.

Never had that happen on any vehicle screen. You definitely have a problem and I really dont think a reset is the answer.

Brought the truck in this morning. They said they need to replace the instrument cluster.

This happened to my buddies 2019, under 7K miles. Dealership replaced the cluster. No additional issues the past two months.

ya they said its rare. Similar have 8k on it

I thought previous issues were the connection to one of control units? Shaking around loosening connection.. This sucks, they have to open up the dash and replace the whole panel?
