Hardly a day goes by that a vehicle fire isn't shown on the news around here. Nothing new going on with this. Like many said, the owner likely caused it himself by disturbing something.

It's unlikely someone in the vehicle would have died as a result of the fire. See smoke -> get out of vehicle.
