Forscan changes - tweak your truck

I need you to show me exactly how you did this. Don’t have forscan yet, but will buy it just for the auto folding mirror on engine turn off

So I just got this up and running. I was able to disable the double honk but I was looking for "DDM" and "PDM" to change the values and its not listed on mine. My truck is a 2018.... Any ideas? Sorry for the noob question....

Make sure you scan both HS and MScan

With power on ACC mode I get nothing from heaters, they appear to require the engine to be on. Shouldn't impact remote start though.

I found the setting under vehicle/advanced. But only two options, and was already set to auto. They are not working as expected, they come on automatically when I enter the vehicle and press the button to start, but even idling for 2-3 minutes they remain off until I hit start.

I have the same issue...Auto start and no heated seats, no bars on heated seat lights and cab is ice cold..i tried last setting, tried auto, ect only works when I press start....15 degrees out and zippo...has anyone figured it out? Called the dealer and they said bring it in...

Looks like we might get some real cold here tonight, might reach the 20s! But I've been paying close attention to the behavior all week. When remote started my truck's HVAC does engage, the fan is running on low speed, I cannot tell if it is heat or cool, it feels like neither, maybe it is just some ventilation? The seats are cold to the touch as it the wheel. When I hit the start button the dash boots up but the fan motor stops completely (I think now the heat is on but the coolant is still too cold) and all three red lights come on. My seats begin feeling warm to the bare hand within 60-80 seconds, so if they were on without the lights they'd be warm when I get in. I understand that at idle the heater could take a good 10 minutes to blow hot air, but I can say the seats and wheel do nothing until I hit the button after entering.

I was seriously thinking about doing the Forscan work today, but don't want to mess with it if I have to take it to the dealer. To be honest I don't see what their wrenches are gonna do to reprogram the remote-start and heaters anyway.

I am going to the dealer on Tuesday.. will let you know how I make out. My friend has a 2018 and everything heats up when remote start is used, panel comes alive when door is open, he doesn’t have to press start.

I turned the fake engine noise back on today. I had enough of the engine sounding like ass.

Is it possible to turn up the bass output from the amp in forscan? Completed all the other tweaks today and really impressed with the instructions and advice here. Appreciate all the updates
