My rear shocks and front right strut assembly were replaced this week at the dealer. It rides 100% better and is planted rather than bouncing around. It feels soooooo good after 16k miles of the clunky bouncy ride.
Took one visit to the dealer for them to put the chassis ears on and duplicate...
Took mine in and ordered two rears and front right strut assy. Backordered of course, but they did put the chassis ears on and confirmed the issue. Glad it’ll be fixed,…hopefully lol.
Normal AC operation per owners manual as someone already stated. It was that way in my wife’s 2020 explorer ST as well, I believe all current model fords do it. Owners manual gives the reason why.
Hit the air flow button, is anything highlighted? I’ve never had this happen while driving, only when starting it and hear the fan but nothing coming out the vents. Then I see no air flow setting is selected, once I select the middle one it comes on.

When you roll it up it hits the top and then backs down? That’s how I’m understanding it.
Easy fix: lift and hold window button UP until it hits the top and stays there. It’s how you set it. Had this issue on my wife’s Explorer ST and have had this happen twice on my gen 3.
