Anybody else do the HSW mod and now your truck won’t do the 6.5.0 update?

Haven’t done the HSW add yet but my 6.5.0 update has been continually rescheduling for about 3 weeks. Says a precondition is not met which it seems all are being met. I do have a number of Forscan mods done.

Mine doesn’t tell me anything until I go into the software update page and manually check for updates, then it just tells me it’s not completed. When I try to press the update now button it just says there’s no updates that require down time available

Not trying to be a d*ck but I legit thought it was a fair question. But I see where you’re coming from. List im trying at accomplish would be as follows:
Eliminate all start up and door ajar tones including seatbelt (I’m assuming that’s the same as previous years from what I have read)
Mirrors to adjust downward in reverse (sounds like motors continue to run for this mod).
I upgraded to 37” tires with 2 1/2” level kit so anything that might accommodate that.
Not familiar with DRL mod or what is does.
And anything else you might recommend. Much appreciated and my apologies if we got off to a bad start lol. First time joining a forum so wasn’t expecting shots fired right out of the gate…

Here is a link to the Forscan sheet with some of the codes needed to make some changes, there is a section called "common." You will find the most common changes there.

When doing the initial backup of all of my modules… Do I need to just back up the "as built "modules or also the corresponding regular language ones as well?

As Built will be all you need if you have to revert.

Any ideas why the oil temp isn't showing? Yes, I triple checked settings.
