Can somebody explain where the priority code is and where I might find it? If I have been given one. I did receive a email from Ford this past Monday telling me congratulations on my order, but I saw no priority code on this email. My dealer had x amount of orders for the Raptor R, and contacted me about eight days after building it in the system. He said that Ford is only allocating one R to them. Because of past business and future business they agreed to let me have the one allocation. Would the dealer have the priority code? Just trying to confirm the legitimacy of this order. Thanks
The dealer can give you the current priority code it is also on the order preview before they place the order. It’s a document like the one attached in the picture.

I just grabbed a pic off the web for an example as I don’t have mine handy.

My order started at 19 but is now a 10.

How do you know it was a 19 and is now a 10? Are you able to look it up somewhere, or did you call your dealer and get another copy of the document to see it changed?

Dealer can tell you. I was sitting there looking at my order in the Ford system and it had a column labeled priority code it was 10. This was in the GMs comp screen.

There were 6 orders in my dealers banks for the Raptor R, 4 were showing 19, 2 were showing 10 (mine and another dudes).

It’s my understanding that the dealer Zone Managers we’re all released from their services during the cost reduction initiative a few weeks back (3500 people). These were the folks responsible for allocations. I wonder how the allocations will work now given those relationships are no longer there.

If true, this will be interesting to follow. I don't like seeing anyone lose their job, but that position appeared to be ripe for corruption and exploitation.

Wow ya that is significant. I also understand from reading on BOF, that all speciality vehicles like the Raptor, Shelby, and Raptor R are manually scheduled by a regional planner. According to IC the forum mod and ford dealer employee.

Correct, priority codes don't mean diddly with specialty vehicles. The zone rep contacts the dealer with allocations, dealer assigns the vehicle to whoever is on their list. Call your dealer and ask him where you stand in line.

I just spoke with Ford Performance and they have my Raptor R order in the system. I don’t have a VIN yet, it’s the dealer’s only allocation, priority code 10. Do you think this looks promising as far as getting the truck as a 2023?

Did you call your dealer and ask? He would be your point of contact.
