I think the IWEs would be controlled thru the control module since the higher gen 12 F150s (lariat, plat, limited, HD)had the 4a option. But isn’t the reason for adding the torsen in the front diff on the the gen 2 Rap?

I've been using 4h around here for a week now, we've been getting snow almost everyday. Haven't seen pavement on the roads for 2 weeks.

I meant the truck overall is more advanced, not just mechanically, I'm still a Gen 1 fanboy so don't worry.
In what way, please explain. Not a Raptor but I owned an 11 Lariat and a 12 Platinum both eco shitboxes that injested water out of the innercooler and damn near got me and my family killed on roadtrips. The very reason I now own(well almost) a v8 na Raptor.

You're still talking just mechanical, I'm referring to the tech, info screen, higher luxury amenities and safety features. These are things that I don't need either, which is why I will die with my Gen 1, I don't even know why you and I are debating this, ha ha , we are on the same team, maybe you're just drunk on New Years Eve, still 3 hours to go out west here, lol.

So help me out. Other than the “successful” initial FX4 swap at the beginning of this thread, is there anyone who’s done this on a Gen 1 Raptor? And this is for a TOD TC coming from 2012-2014 F150 (not model specific)?
I am asking so that I can be more specific /detailed in my search for a used one. Thanks
