I called in to the IRS to check a balance. While still on hold I hopped in the truck to drop a deposit at the bank and run right back to the office. As I was pulling to the driveway the IRS agent came on the line and introduced herself. (the call was on bluetooth through my truck) As I began speaking I put the truck into reverse which shot my 1 hour call into orbit!! All I can do is laugh...just needed to vent
Gen2 dropped my call to IRS after 1 hour hold!!
