Hi guys, I've another question! What's the maximum payload of raptor supercab and screw?

I asked that in another thread and I think depending on build its around 900-1000 lbs, You have to do the math! HAHahaaaaa.

I had a 97 4.6 Extended cab 4X4 and it only got 14 mpg on the highway below 65 mph. Above that and it tanked to 12 mpg. ************* when ya tried to pull a small trailer with a few bikes on it. Then the mailage was more like 8 mpg. It was a ************* as far as preformance went!

I just sold my 2004' Screw FX4 with a 5.4 and I average 15 on the highway with 33"s and 12-13 mpg in town and 12 on the highway pulling the same trailer with two bikes as above. The 5.4 was sooooooo much better in a heavy truck and I can't WAIT to get my 6.2 Screw Raptor and **** away that fuel even if is 10 mpg. The fun factor is gonna be worth it.

Keep us in the loop on your purchase. You guy's over there will probably get yours before we do over here! HAHhaaaaaaaa.

According to Google: 6 (kilometers / L) = 14.112875 miles per gallon

So far my screw has been in the 12-13 range, mixed city/highway/stop/go/hills driving, and even a few miles of off road. Mileage certainly isn't a strong point. To put it positively I guess one could say it's "good for a gas motor on 35s." :jester:

Mine only has 700 miles on it now, so that number may go up a bit as a breaks in...or not.

the problem is that in Italy people have fear to buy truck 'coz are very big for our street and for fuel economy, But our cars like Alfa Romeo or Fiat get 'bout 20-23 mpg with 2.0L turbo diesel. The real problem is the tax 'coz the truck costs you $44k but when I buy it from Italy I pay $44k + transport + 44% of total cost (which is tax)....So the truck in Italy costs about €60k, so means $78k....
