2019 "Squat" During Reverse

My 19 S/Crew does it every morning when I back out of garage regardless whats loaded in the truck.

Sounds kind of like torque from the driveshaft. You would notice it on long arm suspensions with soft springs. Maybe the 19's have softer springs to compliment the new shocks? Rock crawlers I've owned have behaved similarly. Put in reverse, droops to the left, put in drive droops to the right.

Don't believe that it is driveshaft torque since the drop / squat of the rear end happens after truck moves about a foot, not immediately after shifting the transmission into forward or reverse

Same here with my 2019 SCREW. Seems to only squat a couple of inches (driver and passenger side equally) after shifting to reverse, rolling back a couple of feet and when I have passengers in the back seats. I don't notice it any other time. The truck drives just fine, appears to be riding level while driving and when I park after the event. I think the rear end recovers that 2 inch sink very slowly after I shift from reverse to drive. Truck feels level.

My supercab does it. I don’t think it’s related, but my drivers side rear shock is leaking fluid from reservoir cap. The new shock finally showed after being backorder but I’ve not had a chance to schedule repair.

I've said this before but no one really mentioned whether it could be, the 19 has an electronic parking brake. I think it releases and that is causing the feel we get once driving in forward or reverse. Just a thought.

Mine does this too. Googled the issue and found this thread. Glad to see this is normal/common.
