Here’s the app I use for white noise and all tuning tones. In fact, this app was recommended to my by the engineers at Rockford.

Do you have an rta yet? You don’t need to have an ear for perfect sound to tune properly. You need an rta which is like a Ultra high definition electronic ear. Once you hear what a truly flat frequency response sounds like when all of your speakers are tuned individually, it will completely change your perspective what SQ means. I promise you.
Here are two suggestions. Either way, to tune properly, you need an rta and you need to tune each speaker of the truck separately. That is the only way to get it dialed in properly.
This first one is super cheap but will work with any basic rta tool for iPhone/ iPad.

The second is a professional rta tuning mic from mini dsp. 75 bucks. This is what I have and I love it! It plugs into your laptop via usb. What’s nice about using your laptop is it allows you to really spread out the frequency curve so you fine tune to small details. This is what I would strongly recommend.
