This has been done before,MC B2K done his in red, just thought I throw it out there, I used the 3-LED Modules there 5/8 W X 3 5/8 L, Bright White, used 5-Modules per side.
As for power I taped off the Parking light circut to a switch I mounted in the factory hole on the upper right side, will be switching over to key power when I finaly mount the tank and compressor, didn't feel like running a wire as of now, here's the link and pictures.

Bright White Waterproof LED Module - 12vDC 3 SMD 5050 LEDs, White Case - Oblong linear SMD LED Bright White Module - $1.95/ea. 2 year warranty

Thanks guy's, waiting on amber LED strips, gonna have the mirror reflectors light with the parking lights, to many double parkers and street talkers here in jersey, so they can see the width of the truck coming at them, dont need to take out a mirror because of an ******* standing in the street.

I decided to go with the Anzo kit and I couldn't find any vendors who sold it. About $50 pretty much everywhere online. You could get some lights from a vendor and make your own setup if you wanted.
