I would have never guessed they would freeze over. My 35w HIDs put a lot of heat out, but OK doesnt get close to the low temps you guys get

I really couldn't believe it myself, the bulb was hot but the temps were pretty cold so bulb melt snow and froze over quickly over the lens of the projectors.

They soon found this out with stop lights that the snow would pack up and not melt off like the old lights, so LED has caused unforeseen issues. Less power consumed is less heat.

This was the first thing I thought of with LED lights. I mentioned that to my wife a few times. Glad I have the old fashioned Halogens. Then my bulbs too a shit and I wished I had some kick ass lights again.

Snow spray sounds like a great idea.
