Radio static problem when the key is on.

Does anyone know what could cause this problem? This a standard 2013 F150 lariat ecoboost with the nav system. I had the motor replaced back in January and it has done ever since then.

Probably a bad ground somewhere

They said they went over the grounds and supposedly they're all good. I sent them that video and if they can't figure it out I'll try another dealer to see if they can fix their mess up.
