Has anyone noticed since turning off Auto Start/Stop that their truck seems to stumble at stop lights with the A/C on? The only remedy I have found is to turn off the A/C or put it in Sport mode.

Read about 50 pages of this thread and tried it out this afternoon. Used ELM USB switched adapter and a super cheap windows 10 notebook. Programmed:

double honk elim
temps on gauges
heated/cooled seats and steering display
secure idle (was already activated on my 18)
lincoln mirrors
bluetooth pairing name - to Raptor
TPMS specificied
Nav input while moving

didn't bother with start/stop since I drive in sport mode anyway, and the global windows function seemed of little advantage. I'd be happy to help others in Houston, TX with this

Modules

So it looks like all of the other modules for:
Auto folding Mirrors
Mirrors tilt on reverse
Fake engine noise
It seems like the modules can not be found to program any of those. Any ideas why?

What adapter are you using with FORScan? If you're only seeing a few modules when you connect then the adapter is the wrong type or it is configured wrong.

Not me, but search for posts from dinone - he had a low RPM issue
