ford item # BL3z5a212r should work for us, i'm trying not to spend 150-200+ on a pipe though when this could/should be a $50 mod.

That pipe is the replacement for the for the resonator delete that was on the 2010 5.4 raptors. Ford no longer offers the delete pipe if you purchase number BL3z5a212r you will be buying a new replacement resonator.

Corsa now offers a direct Resonator Delete pipe 14758 for Screw's and 14757 for Scab's. It's a direct bolt & stainless but insanely priced @ $200+. The up side is that you can keep your factory pipe untouched and no welding, muffler shop work is necessary.
