Has anyone swapped to 4.56 gears after going to 37” tires?

9.75" is a conventional axle, it doesn't use a 3rd member. Which means you would need to have the Ring & Pinion professionally installed, you can't just swap out the center section.

I've been asking my doctor for years if I could switch out my 3rd member

If you are good with changing gears, same process as a removable 3rd member, you just gotta do it under the truck. With a gauge stand and time, you can do it easily enough, but if under warranty it will void all of the warranty on the rear end.
