I'll add that with about 8 feet of cable it make a great worklightoutside of the truck to change a tire tire or work under the hood. the new lights I have are white light with an removable amber filter.

I highly recommend rear ambers they are mandatory!! I also think that for the money the Lvj-motorsports option is a very simple solution. I might buy one just to have another option/ back up available.
