So, to start things off, I eventually want to run Baja. I would like to ride with a team and help for a couple years and at least get a feel for things before I get to deep into it. Can somebody please give me some advice or a hook up to talk to please

I'll be putting together a Baja raptor run early next year. Keep an eye out for details.

As far as getting in with a team. Show up at races. Start talking with teams that look like they may need help (hint. They won't have a trophy truck and won't be wearing matching shirts). Work your way up from there. 5 years ago I went to a race in Texas with no experience. I navigate in a trophy truck today...

Oh and a raptor is not a good platform for a race truck so throw that idea away.
