Seat belt light

My seat belt light has been on for well over a year now and I've tried everything it's been to the dealership and it's still on, and suggestions?

Under warranty? I'd make them fix it. Does it beep at you? I'd imagine not cuz that'd be enough to drive you crazy.

They definitely need to fix that under warranty. I would think a code would tell them the issue with Air Bag sensor.

FYI they are instructions in the manual for disalarming the seat belt chime.

Pgs 183, 184 in your manual.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the on position. DO NOT START THE
ENGINE.
2. Wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (Approximately one
minute)
o Step 3 must be completed within 30 seconds after the safety belt
warning light turns off.
3. For the seating position being disabled, buckle then unbuckle the
safety belt three times, ending in the unbuckled state.
o After Step 3, the restraint system warning light (airbag light) will be
turned on for three seconds.
4. Within approximately seven seconds of the light turning off, buckle
then unbuckle the safety belt.
o This will disable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it
is currently enabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash four times per second for three seconds.
o This will enable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it
is currently disabled. As confirmation, the restraint system warning
light will flash four times per second for three seconds, followed by
three seconds with the light off, then followed by the restraint system
warning light flashing four times per second for three seconds again.
