Sand or Rock Crawl mode shock settings

Hey guys I have a question. I drive a 19 and live in the Phoenix Az area, with most of my off roading in the mountains north of Phoenix. These trails are usually fairly hard packed and very rocky. This week I took my truck down to one of my favorite local spots. I used the Sand mode most of the time with the locker off. This worked very well.

My question is, will I get a smoother ride going to Rock Crawl mode? There are very few times I need 4Lo where I go though. Can I run Rock Crawl in 4Hi? Is the suspension softer in Rcok Crawl than in Sand mode?

Unfortunately Im not likely to have time in the near future to go try these things myself.

When you do, let us know. I’m going too fast for 4L when I’m in sand mode. I will crawl some in sand mode if it’s short.
