Yes and the refund cost me $6.83 (Paypal reversal fee). So it cost me because you decided you were losing to much, Nice. Myself, I know what I pay for things and what I'm willing to accept before I sell them. Its not like I low balled you, I took you for your word for how much you paid and how much you wanted and agreed that was reasonable and paid you.

Okay, After looking more closely Paypal is calling it a fee but its actually a credit, so I'm not out any money which is good.

ICON doesn't actually make it, PSS does. But is it a nicer piece? Yes, it has a proper cap instead of a rad cap and billet instead of spun or rolled aluminum.
