Rear seat back drink holder

So my kid slammed the cassette style drink holder in the arm rest. I popped the bezel off and it slides out but no tension or springy action. Any cheap fixes before dropping $75 bucks on the assembly. And how does the damn thing come out?

I’ve searched around with no luck aside from the part number and cost.

Update to get armrest out.
Flip pass seat down
Bolt inside slit on passenger - armrest - side of 60
Pivot point on driver - armrest - side of 60
Remove bezel and leather cover off armrest
3 bolts to r&r cassette on armrest.

Parts guy gave me a pitty discount when he saw the price.

I’ll tear it apart this weekend and report back if I repaired or replaced with new.
