Raptor Holds Water?

After every rain or wash, the Raptor spills a lot of water on the pavement when I move her. Looks to be significant. I haven't crawled up underneath to see where the water collects, but I'm assuming it must collect on all the skid plates. Then when you move the Raptor, it spills onto pavement. Anyone else notice this same thing. 2019 Gen 2.

That would make sense as my driveway is on a slight incline with the bed on the downside...and I never see this.
