I noticed in the truck bed like 6~8 bolts fixed in the truck bed. Am wondering g if these bolts are holding the truck bed to the chaises? Or it can be used to add some ring bolts or something to hook bunjee cables to it or something?

And the bolts are thread M12x1.75. They present like they might be 7/16-14, but they are not. At least on my 2019, they are M12.

(I am using the bottom side of one along with a lock nut as a grounding location for an electrical device.)

I thought the bed bolts were a 55, not a 50.
we should clarify.

be DAMN sure you remove the bedliner material from the bold heads - use a dental pick, maybe an eyeglass screwdriver. If you don’t get a full purchase on the bolt head with the torx bit, you’ll need to get it extracted.

Flame if you want but, no you don’t “have to” replace them. They will hold just fine if you reuse them.

OP if this is the kind of posts/mods your doing, you will have no issue reusing those bolts.
