What’s the story on the wiring harness? Will this work on a 14?

It should work on a 2014. It’s 60”, so just measure under your tailgate to make sure. The wiring harness may be used for a cleaner install without having to splice into wires. It’s not necessary, but could be useful. You can also plug this light bar into your trailer light socket and it should work.
