So received email from dealer today listing order number, VIN, and build date of 2/22/22 - progress? For those that have gone through this, is next step a confirmation or notification for Ford? Not in a rush and that’s good .. but am hopeful by Spring 2022 it will be ready.

The Ford email means nothing. If they put your info in the system you will get it, if they didnt you wont. The very most important thing is you have a vin number. Now you just sit and wait.

This is absolutely best case. Most wait significantly longer! Lol look at my signature and you’ll feel my pain.

I'm working on a deal where they say it's "in production". What's the best case/worst case scenario here? I suppose that best would be shipped to dealer in the next five weeks, or chip hold in a dirt lot for 6 months?

Well, those who ordered and built/shipped .. CONGRATULATIONS! Been sitting at build of 3/6/22 since late February 2022. Mentioned to dealer and no additional information. No urgency, just starting to think my 2022 may arrive when ‘23 are released.

ordered mine 10-5-21 truck was built on 2-10-22 and the vehicle tracker still says in production. I have a mach e gt on order and it is enjoying the same "crap shoot" as to when it gets shipped. Raptor price went up $5,100 and the mach e is up $6,000
