New seat brackets have been ordered, and the paint issues have been reported to Ford. Unfortunately 2 of the decals would need to be replaced along with quite a bit of paint correction. We're waiting to hear back from his contacts before we tackle the project.

I didn't even bother notifying my dealer. It wasn't the best buying experience from the get go, and they are 2 hours from me. I'll just do the paint correction myself when it warms up a bit. Hope you get it resolved!
