Might be a dumb question. But if you upgrade your suspension and replace the fox live shocks, will you not be able to use the adaptive modes anymore?

No. You will loose that function for the shocks but will still be able access driving modes.

I wonder if the system only needs the sensors connected. There might not be any feed back from the shocks.

Why not wait for the Fox Live Valve upgrade (3.0 or 3.5, not sure) that SVC is working on with fox?
