Ups wants 113 per wheel for me to ship my wheels to someone in Cali from NC, plus tax. Wow, that’s crazy

First of all, the computer is totally full of shit. It is often 2-4 mpg off a real calculation. I have got 13-16mpg calculating like God intended (trip odo miles divided by gallons to fill tank).

As someone else mentioned, speed kills MPG, my mileage starts to fall pretty dramatically at 72 or so (try in Gen 1 as well). I got 11-13 on my Gen 1, so I am happy with 13-16.

To that point, if you are not using cruise control everywhere you go, your mileage will be junk too.

between 14 and 15 for the first 2 tanks since buying the truck according to the DIC. Hand calculated on the 2nd tank it was 13.2....DIC said 14.9. I do 90% city driving and very light on throttle while breaking in the trans and diff. I now expect those numbers to go way down with my lead foot.

over 9k miles never gotten better then 16.0mpg on the DIC, hand calculated was 15.2. Most the time I got 14 (DIC), hand calculated 13.0-13.3mpg.

Trip computer has me at 16.7 with just under 5k miles on the odo. Probably about 70% freeway miles.
