Mid perch problem

I have had the mid perch on my '13 for about 1500 miles. I was parked next to my buddies stock 13 the other day and they seem to sit the same height up front. So I measures mine today. With stock 17" tires and the mid perch, the drivers side is 8.5" be there the top of tire and bottom of the flare. The passenger side is 9". Does this seem right to y'all?

Full gas tank maybe? Don't know just throwing it out there.

Measured mine, about 9" on both sides. Measured from the ground too just to double check.
