Leather site line on steering wheel worn away

Anybody got an idea on how to fix without buying a 600 new steering wheel?

Can you share a picture? If you unwrap it you can potentially rethread it. Another option is vinyl glue for color leather but it looks noticeable.

Go to BuiltRight Industries website. They have a replacement genuine leather strip with needle and red thread. Good Instructions too and it's very inexpensive

This will do the trick for only $36! It's not just a regular Fashoin wheel, but it will keep your hands persistent warm, and also driving more smoothly. Instead of just a red stripe, do the whole wheel in red.
