Yes new update to the app sucks! Hope they get it worked out soon they techno talked with said it’s being addressed soon. What ever that means. (Soon)

I was just going to start a thread asking if others have had their app lock up for no reason. I guess I have my answer. I can't even get mine to open. I uninstalled it twice. Second time I shut my phone down for a few minutes before I reinstalled the app. I just get a white box saying, "Unfortunately, FordPass has stopped." I guess it's a great upgrade.

Yes my map has been gone for a while,does show address though.

So with the map in the app being broken, does that mean you can no longer send an address to to Navi system from your phone? I haven’t tried so I’m not sure.

Mine says Ford Pass not responding. Ford gets confused with modern computers. Their programmers still use punch cards.
