Made the damn fatal mistake of going for a ride in my buddies Crew Cab the other night and fell in love with the extra room. Not to mention the goodies that it has over the 2010...

Found a silver one:

Dealer is taking $4,327.00 off MSRP to be just about $100 over invoice.
Dealer is giving me $40,000 for my 2010 Black 6.2 with 18,000 miles. (I owe $41,000). Going to try to get them up to $41k.

Truck is loaded with EVERY option, less the bed and hood graphics.

I'll let you know what happens!

ok, back from the dealer.

They sweetened the pot with giving $41,000 for the trade and then taking of $5,199.92 off the price of the new truck ($53,650 to $48,450.08) which is BELOW invoice @ $48.640.08.

That with my trade being $113 of being paid off, another 72 month loan with a lower-than-what-I-have-now interest rate (3.75 vs. 4.49), my payment would only increase $42 a month.

I think it would be a financial mistake NOT to do this deal.

...the only problem is...

Finding a damn dealer willing to trade!

They're going to call me when they find one -- chances are, they need to wait until Monday to really get down to business. I have the papers in hand that say what the deal is; so it's gonna be very similar to the numbers on the above truck -- if not that truck!

Dang swoop....that is a great deal. Maybe I need to come down to Florida to buy mine as my dealer (from whom I have purchased a lot of Fords from over the years) can't come close to that! Hope you get the deal.

First off, my hat is OFF TO RANDY, because this dude is kick ass. We talked for a while on the phone after he left me a Guinness World Record voice mail on my cell phone. He is a total stand up dude and was exact with his numbers, from his head, mind you, regarding my truck and the deal and everything.

I contacted him first, but this deal is just wicked amazing.

Secondly, they have to do a dealer trade on Monday up in Georgia. I ran the VIN and got the actual window sticker and looking at the dates; I think this truck was built on THE SAME DAY as my Mustang was back in 2004.

Coincidence?

I think it's a sign. I hope so, at least! You all know that pictures are definitely forthcoming!
