Front passenger side axle seal leaking

The mechanic pointed out that the seal was leaking when I got new tires. Anyone experience this yet? 2017 with 38k miles.
Plan on bringing it in for warranty work.

My front diff pinion seal was seeping when it was brand new, caught it when I was giving the truck a thorough once over when I got it home. This is why I get extended warranties now, anytime I find something wrong, back it goes.

Yep mind was leaking there as well, now it is leaking from the snout but just slightly. Fixed the seal under warranty

I have just noticed mine leaking there as well. 2017 with 42k miles. Not sure if mine will be covered under warranty due to Eibach springs.
