Been having issues on my 2019 SCAB with Ford Alexa around the time the WiFi trail period ended. Probably not related. Over multiple Sync3 and Android (Samsung S8 and now GS20) updates it works / does work. Mainly does work. It now shows up on the Apps screen when I first start the truck and launch Ford Alexa app. It stays connected for 40 seconds and the the app icon goes away on the Sync3 screen. Ford customer service is totally worthless on this issue. I'm taking the truck to Ford to address the can phaser firmware recall tomorrow. When I asked the service scheduler about it he said "I didn't know Alexa was supported in any Ford vehicles" Thanks in advance for any insight anyone has on this.
