37s. 39s require a significant amount of trimming, even with +4. I have a double layer of PPF on the front half of the bedside

Those are actually 40s in that R they’re working on. Wish someone would make 39s with a 12.5” width.

Agreed, it seems like only option is the KR3 in a 40x12.5? I am thinking of the 39 Km3s once I do go MT/LT front as they may not be much larger than my current Mickey Thompson 37s which measure at 36.5" loaded. Km3s apparently run around 37.8" loaded for the 39s.

Back on topic.

Anyone with experience of the McNeil, Fiberwerx options have any issues with the glass delaminating or cracking?

Just test fit my ADV +2 front fenders....I don't have a good baseline for fiberglass, but it wasn't too bad. I still need to make some fitment adjustments when I get up my buddy's shop. There was a small inconsistency on the driver side lower mounting location that connects it to the front end bracket (red circle in the pic). This should be closer to a 90 degree bend.

Also, a lot of sanding will be needed around the headlights, but that was expected. I rather have too much than too little...

So I have seen some threads but with little to no engagement regarding experiences, various brands that offer +2, +4, +6 and one piece kits for this truck.

Options for +2 Fenders:
ADV Fiberglass: https://www.advfiberglass.com/collections/ford/products/2017-2021-ford-raptor-fenders
McNeil Racing: https://www.mcneilracinginc.com/products/2017-2020-ford-raptor-2-off-road-fiberglass-fenders
SDHQ: https://sdhqoffroad.com/products/17...iberglass-fenders?_pos=1&_fid=818a20b54&_ss=c
Fiberwerx: https://www.fiberwerx.com/collections/ford-raptor/products/2017-2020-ford-raptor-fenders-2-5-bulge

+4
McNeil Racing: https://www.mcneilracinginc.com/products/2017-2020-ford-raptor-4-off-road-fiberglass-fenders
Anderson Composites: https://andersoncomposites.com/coll...tor-type-wide-carbon-fiber-front-fenders-pair

+6
Fiberwerx Deberti: https://www.fiberwerx.com/collections/ford-raptor/products/2017-2020-ford-raptor-deberti-fenders

One Piece Units
McNeil Racing: https://www.mcneilracinginc.com/products/2017-2020-ford-raptor-off-road-fiberglass-one-piece
Fiberwerx: https://www.fiberwerx.com/collectio...s/2020-ford-raptor-luxury-prerunner-one-piece

For those who have fiberglass, can you talk through the process of installation, fitment, shipping (damaged) and customer service regarding these various companies.

For those who have +2, did you wish you went to a +4 or the +6 Deberti or vice versa, with the wider fenders being too much and wishing you went with +2.

Also, has anyone done a comparison of the +2 varients and if they are trully +2 or have some that are wider than others. Could we get som measurements from the hood seam to the widest section of the flare on all varients to confirm?

I put this in the main Gen 2 forum for best traffic but if mods want to move it I understand.
This is the perfect topic. Thanks. I ordered some +2 Mcneil's during their Black Friday sale. I planned for +2 fronts and stock bedsides but am now wondering if I should have gone +4 all the way around.

That's the hope for this thread, is to gather measurements from the hood gap to furthest point on all various fender models. Should help those who are wondering which backspacing, Mid or Long Travel kit and tires they plan to run.

To be honest, I am one of the most indecisive SOBs on this freakin earth and I now think I may just go Fiberwerx Deberti all around and run a 2-3" wide kit and go 39-40s. I'll run an updgraded rear axle with chromoly shafts and upgraded wheel bearings, up front, I just hope not to break the steering rack and front diff..

I keep looking at the ronin factory trucks and just can't help but wipe the drool off my face..

Instagram, I asked the account owner for TheRaptorConnection to give me measurements for Deberti glass as he just installed some on his truck. I do hope this thread will provide an informative discussion.

Keep us posted on your installation. The one thing I have thought about; I would rather find the right glass first and paint match then get the wrong size and then buy again and waste money on paint matching two sets which could get very expensive fast.

If you are going mid travel you should probably go +4. +2 with mid travel and 37s are the orange truck. 40s and mid travel with +4 McNeil needs triming
Dang! Thats a sweet build, but the fenders on the orange truck are way too small. Is the SVC mid-travel kit +2?!
