Does this seem right? I order my truck on 11/13. I knew there were production issues so I didn’t expect any updates for a while.
On 12/10 I reached out to my salesman and asked for an update. He said he would have to get with the GM to get that info and he was out of office until 12/14.
On 12/13 I reached out to Ford Performance via the chat function. I was told the truck was unscheduled still and had no Vin.
On 12/15 my salesman told me basically the same thing.
Today 12/16 I reached back out and asked to change my order. All I wanted to change was the $50 to disable auto stop function. Then he said my truck was in 01 status and can’t be changed. I did not receive an email this morning like everyone else. Do you think they are telling the truth. Should I reach back out to FP?
