So I had an extra set of M&R fogs and decided to get creative and modify the lower 20" grill to accept them.

Here are photos of the finished product prior to mounting to the truck. Will post the installation photos after I complete the project tomorrow.

Ok, had a blast installing the new custom 20" grill with M&R fogs. Here are the notes on the build:
- took stock grill and removed all of the center plastic other than about 3/8" around the perimeter.
- had a fab shop make me an aluminum plate that fit into the grill opening (in front)with 6 evenly spaced holes to match the lenses on the M&R fogs.
- counter sunk 4 holes around each light hole
- drilled and tapped 4 holes in each light to match the holes in the plate
- sprayed the plate a matte black
- epoxied and siliconed the plate in place
- used stainless steel flat head screws (and lock-tight) to affix lights in place (after the grill was mounted).

Finally got a chance to take some photos at night. Not the ideal camera on hand to shoot high output lights but you'll get the point. Point of reference piles are at 75 & 80 meters. Sequence is 4 ambers; then + 8 whites; then + 40"; then plus Light Cannons.

Getting a front was difficult. The final shot is best I could get of all 12 M&R's

One of a kind ---> EXCELLENT - can you install a lens cover over that for protection?

I thought about doing just that, either with Velcro or cutting in top & bottom tabs for a rectangular lense; however, the lenses on the M&R are pretty tough and aside from bug splatter I am not concerned about any damage.
