Great idea for a thread! Let's keep it going as I know many of us newer (and soon to be) Raptor owners need some ideas to hold a spare tire or two and at least 10g of gas (or more) and water!

This is what I did for the SnoBall 500 It held up fine.
And see 50 yr warranty!
Have fun trying to get the bed bolts out!
Somewhere in the SnoBall 500 thread there are a ton of great racks:boobs:

great set up guys! this thread is really starting to take off... a lot of good ideas and pretty much mix and match everyones set ups to fit your needs, budget and welding skills! keep em coming and for those of you with any welding tips pass em on for us newbs, anything to do with bed cages should be in here not just the how to's of the cages. this will be a great thread for people to look at their options and see if they want the challenge of building their own or paying for one... seems to me if you want functional racks at a low rate this is the place to be.

Another take, quick removal, fits under tonneau, and still allows for hockey sticks, 2x4s and what not to slide under. Have since added another quick release on front attached to a toolbox, and eyelets for gas tank straps.
