Yes, those are the same trails as referenced in the Ouray area. They connect Lake City, Silverton, Ouray and Telluride.

I'll be on CO Springs in Sept. Is there a trail map or good site to check out? I'm not a hardcore off roader, but had a blast at Raptor Assault and all we ha e in WA is logging roads.theres a few trails here in the springs. one is my rally road. i rally up and down it 3 nights a week. ut at the top it branches out to lots of trails. text me if you make it to the springs. yeah, the snow makes things a bit slower and slippery. summer sounds good.I wish. Well actually, I'll be driving through the Springs next week on the way to a ski trip with the fam, but won't be able to wheel (I assume the snow would prevent most trails anyway). Maybe this summer!
We try to hit Gold Camp Road and Old Stage Road every summer. There is nothing really challenging on either trail, great scenery though and fun roads to drive on though. They are easy to get to from Colorado Springs and the access to both is right above the Broadmoor. I'd recommend doing these on a weekday and start relatively early in the morning if you can. They can get pretty busy on the weekends especially.Waking this thread up, we'll be heading to CO in Aug. Looking for ideas, got a few from this site.
