I tried doing that over their online chat and they told me to log in and reduce my channel package. I can't stand their customer service.

The key for me is telling them it's too expensive when they ask why I'm cancelling. Then they offer me 6 months for $50 and I say that's still too much and get 6 for 30. Just re-upped over the new year. It was too easy then because they were offering their "employee" discounts and 6-30 was on there. No call just click some buttons and away we go. That's for the mid level package too, not the basic. Gotta have my Faction so I can listen to the Ellis Show.

I do the same thing. Had it for 4 years never pay more than 24.99. They come down real quick. All i told them was i dont listen to it enough to pay more. We do this on my wifes sho and tahoe also.
