Oh shit, I didn't even think about that. Yeah South Florida.
Your probably closer to Torq than Lethal Performance.
No body talks about them anymore, I forgot about them.
I wonder how many Raptors they did after the fiasco with the Whipple builds.

Ok I hear a slight rasping noise for about a 1 to 1 1/2 seconds.
It doesn't sound like pinging/detonation, it may just be the exhaust.
But try to get that resolved somehow.

Did Torq put it on a lift and try to recreate the noise?
They have a Dyno if not a lift.
What are they telling you?

Have you gone under you truck and "palm punch" (for lack of a better description) you entire exhaust.
Paying close attention to the cats it could be the elements might be loose inside or it's just a resonance issue at certain torque/rpm levels.

You could and should call Kooks up and have them look at the video I'm sure they would be interested.
Now that it's on the forum. And tell the that!!!!

It all started at post #162 and several Raptors had issues with them Whippled and non supercharged.

Well, I hope more owners jump on here with headers and cat backs, and give you better feedback then I can after viewing your video.

Were you able to be present at the time they tried to recreate the noise?

Yes I was there, and I myself tried to recreate it also in Neutral but no luck. It appears that the sound gets present only when accelerating in a high gear from a low RPM range

Maybe try power breaking it while the shifter is in 2nd gear or third.

It wouldn't take too much gas pedal to get close to the same scenario.

They said that, interesting.

What Tuner are you going with?

From the SC world, Roush uses 1 3/4 and Whipple uses 1 7/8

For now I'm staying with the tune from the shop. Basically because I never seen or used a tuner. I have read good things from 5star I guess I will go with that when I learn more about tuner's.

Update
The Weird sound I finally found what was causing it. One of the Vacuum Lines from the Cv Axle was cut and this caused the weird ticking noise to appear at certain RPMs'. Went to Advanced Auto parts to get a quick fix elbow vacuum line coupler for the line and all of a sudden sound went away.

That didn't even click with me that you ask that question in the other post.
Well I'm glad you found that issue let's hope you didn't damage your IWEs

How can I noticed of the IWEs are damaged or not? I have not feel or hear nothing abnormal other than the pinging sound it was making
