I'd like to know how much that winch and led mount will set me back...and of course the difficulty of installation, doesn't seem too hard.

Easy install, no cutting or drilling... Here are some links to the products and wiring instructions to the led mount...

I am guessing that the bump plates are what the bump stop hits with the +2 Deavers?

What are the vac guards?

Yup, these are the bump mounts http://www.superduty-hq.com/rearraptorbumpstopmounts-forusewithdeavers.aspx

When we did the rear abs guards we figured we would knock out some guard to help keep the front vacuum lines from getting knocked out of the hubs http://www.superduty-hq.com/fordraptorabsguards.aspx
