Yes, the most notable are the transmission changes are really nice. I wish the Whipple program shifted like 5 Stars tune. It makes the truck more responsive for sure.

I only tried the 91 perf. program.

You may be correct, but 5 Star shipped me the tuner before I had the chance to talk to Mike and fill out their truck information sheet.

So how did Mike get "my" trucks information on the tuner while it was in transit to me? I called Mike to give him my Cal code and he said it had shipped. HMMM? I didn't down load anything before using it, just plugged it in and programmed my truck with the 91 performance tune. Then put my truck back to stock before the Whipple was installed.

I guess if this is true, that's sucks! Ha!

The tune that whipple sends with the SC is garbage IMO. I have a whipple and the tune was horrible. I had a different tune installed and the difference was amazing.
170 FT more at 3350 RPM

That is the exact information I have been looking for! How do I buy that tune to try it out? After the Whipple install it was obviously more powerful but the transmission tune seems lazy, and it has a very slight surge when using the cruise control around 70mph. I was getting ready to buy a tune from JDM but I can't find any reviews on their Whipple tune.

Biggest is correct, the new owner would have to purchase some new tunes with their truck's info. Mike would email these to the buyer and they would just have to download them. Anyone interested in this should probably already know that. It'd have to be done with any used tuner.

I went with a tune from Jon Lund of Lund Racing. It solved all my issues. His tune can be obtained remotely, there are several ways to go about getting his tune. Easiest is to go to their website.
