Hello

Did anyone else notice a difference in the Shocks colors ? Some are half orange / half black in the front struts. Some rear have an orange body, others have the gray finish.

From my understanding, the 37" Package has a 1/2 inch lift, thicker shaft and a bump stop. Is it the one that is half orange on top and black on the bottom ?

They both have black valves in front and rear. The 2019/20 have silver valves...

Its 1/8th different shaft thickness and an inch less travel on the 37 package. the frame is different they say to accommodate a 37 spare but 35 package fits a 37 spare.

No difference in the frame. Spare tire mount is a bit different but nothing is different on the frame.

yes same frame but they redesigned the cross members to accommodate the 37's. shortened the receiver part for the hitch( I believe that is the same on all of them.). 1/8 inch wider shafts, I believe different bump stops and also I believe if anything they may have leveled the front. I dont think its a complete lift because when I looked at the specs. the 37 package is only a touch more than one inch higher. that would all come from the tires

I dont think the 37 package shocks and springs are identical to the 35 package in terms of height.

The difference between a 37 tire and a 35 is only 1 inch on top and one inch on bottom.

37 base weight is 5886lbs and 35 truck is 5740lbs. 146 lb difference. I'm not sure where the added weight is. Also, a 37 truck with the same options has about 200lb more pounds of payload for some reason. 35 loaded truck payload is around 1100lbs and a loaded 37 truck payload is 1300lbs. My loaded 18 payload was 1036lb.

Wow ! 146 lbs difference ! When you check the tire weight difference between the 35" and 37" they are only 2 lbs x 5 tires = 10 lbs. The wheels should be about the same. Where is that 136 lbs difference coming from ?

Could it be that they weighing an base 800a 35 truck and the 37 pack requires 801a with more “stuff” and that tech requires more wires etc. it all adds up, but yes that is a big difference.
