Accessport
The Accessport is the world’s best selling, most flexible, and easiest to use ECU tuning solution for your 2nd Gen Ford Raptor. It allows you to increase power by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations, and more! The Accessport is in-cabin mountable and has a large, full color, high-resolution screen which allows you to monitor up to six parameters in real time. It is fully customizable from the look (multiple bezel colors), layout (set up race, street, or dyno gauge clusters), and mounting options (choose from 1,000s of standard vehicle mounts).

Redline Carbon Intake
The all new Redline Carbon Intake features carbon fiber pieces constructed of a 3k tow in a 2x2 twill weave pattern with a gloss clear coat. Factory piping from the air-box is replaced with 3" tubing to maximize airflow. A bespoke carbon airbox lid replaces the factory piece and allows installation of our reusable dual-inlet, high flow filter offering 165% additional surface area over stock. Black 4-ply silicone couplers are held in place with black e-coated stainless steel clamps, offering a sleek look and OEM-quality installation.

Intake
The COBB Intake for the second generation Ford Raptor checks every box that enthusiasts expect from a high quality bolt on upgrade. The restricitve factory piping to the turbos is replaced with twin 3″ mandrel bent aluminum tubing to maximize air flow while custom silicone couplers ensure a perfect OEM-like fitment. The injection molded – fiber reinforced airbox lid incorporates a closed-cell foam gasket to seal the filter from mud, dirt, and debris. Plus, the powder coated tubing, composite material, and COBB nameplate transform the engine bay to look as sharp as the iconic Raptor exterior. Combining the improved airbox design with a fancy filter produces a more audible turbo sound when spooling building boost at low RPM.

AMS Turbo Inlet Tubes
AMS’ Engineers designed this one of a kind product to have a 222% increase in the cross sectional area at the power robbing bottleneck near the turbo inlets. This allows the turbos to breathe easier giving them the opportunity to create more power. The Engineers accomplished all of this while still retaining all of the OEM fittings which means no check engine light. There are a lot of airbox options on the market so they took extra measures to make sure our turbo inlet tubes work with your aftermarket OEM style intakes. AMS’ turbo inlet tubes feature an understated appearance that results in an OEM look and feel in your truck's engine bay. This is a product every Raptor and F-150 3.5L owner should have on their truck.

Intercooler
Combined with an Accessport, upgrading the stock intercooler is a no brainer as the best bang for your buck modification on a F-150 Raptor. Efficiency is the name of the game and this intercooler will get the most out of your stock turbos and still has plenty left over for future upgrades to go along with it. It's also available in three different finishes!

Accessport Mount
Even great things can be improved! Although there are already a few mounting options offered for the F-150 Raptor none of them are as quite robust as this! Regardless of the terrain or workout you're putting your Raptor through, you can hoon assured the Accessport will stay in place. The mount fastens to the A-pillar which offers a solid mounting point. This location is in an ideal line of sight over the top left of the steering wheel but out of the way of the air vent, cluster, and windshield.

WeatherTech Floor Liners
These floorLiners are laser measured to protect the front, back and even up the sides of your vehicles footwell. For ultimate strength and dependability, FloorLiners feature high-density core materials and are engineered with advanced surfacing that carries messes away from shoes and clothing. WeatherTech products provide complete automotive interior carpet protection from mud, dirt, snow and more.

Co-Filter-Sock_main-300x300.jpg
Filter Sock
Whether you're taking your Raptor to the back country, sand dunes, or fireroads, exploring off road terrain can lead to a very gritty air filter. Use the COBB air filter sock to prevent that grit from entering the system.

Intake Replacement Filter
The filter element that originally came with your COBB Intake system is cleanable and can be reused for the life of your truck. However, should your filter element become damaged, this is the replacement part. It will last the life of your truck and can be cleaned and oiled for optimum long term performance.

Turbo Blanket
The COBB Turbo Blanket is designed to limit the amount of heat that is transferred from your turbocharger to your engine bay as well as keeping hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. By limiting the amount of transferred heat, you extend the life of your under hood components, decrease intake temps, and improve the response from your car. Constructed with a fragmentized fire retardant volcanic rock outer layer (Rated 1500°F Direct Heat / 1800°F Radiant Heat) and internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (Rated 1800°F Direct Heat / 2300°F Peak Heat).

5/8 Hitch Lock
The COBB 5/8 Hitch Lock can prevent your decorative hitch cover (or anything else in your receiver with a 5/8s hole) from getting hitched to someone else's ride. It is made from durable carbon steel and finished in black powdercoating to prevent corrosion. Two keys are included.

Off The Shelf Maps
All Off The Shelf maps for your Raptor's ECU are included on the Accessport. TCM flashing is an added option. Adding TCM flashing capability includes the TCM maps outlined below.

Raptor ECU Maps
The Stage 1 map is designed for an otherwise stock truck or a truck with an aftermarket intake. The Stage 2 map will require an upgraded front mount intercooler (FMIC). If you install modifications outside the scope of the Off The Shelf maps, compatible maps can be created via custom tuning though a massive COBB Protuner network. For more specific information about our OTS Maps, visit the Map Notes Page. The graph below shows the power gains for the 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor using the Stage 1 Map on a stock truck. Below that is the Stage 2 map with a COBB FMIC installed.

Raptor TCM Maps
Simulated Stock
Ford has spent considerable time and effort to improve the operation of the 10R80. We have chosen to inherit those changes as the foundation for our TCM maps. Simulated Stock mode is a replica of the factory data present on the 19+ model year Raptor. This will be the same as the stock map for the 19/20 model year but be a significant improvement for 2017 - 2018 model year Raptors. Among other improvements, 2017 - 2018 model year owners can expect the notoriously harsh ‘Sport’ mode 4-5 shift to be fixed using this and all other COBB TCM maps!

COBB OEM+
The COBB OEM+ map is a sporty but refined improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

  • Shift Points: Details shown below.
  • Shift Firmness: moderately increased shift firmness during high-power, high-RPM shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.
  • Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled. Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%. Instead of this holding the gear and maintaining a high RPM, an upshift will occur for a smoother driving experience.
  • Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.
COBB Sport
The COBB Sport map is a performance-first improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

  • Shift Points: Details shown below.
  • Shift Firmness: increased shift firmness during moderate to high-power shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.
Comparison
The factory ECU uses transmission Output Shaft Speed (OSS) for shift schedule tables along with Accelerator Pedal Position (APP). The graphs below translate the OSS to vehicle speed (assuming stock tire size and diff. gearing) and show the shift schedules based on APP (x-axis) and Vehicle Speed (y-axis). This allows you to see how shifting behavior operates at a given vehicle speed and throttle input.

COBB Sport
Sportup-1024x599.jpg

The greatest takeaway from the schedule graphs above are the changes in upshifts. Shift points are moderately increased for sportier acceleration with the COBB OEM+ map and further increased with the COBB Sport map. The window for skip shifts is also narrower between for the OEM+ map compared to the Stock map. For the COBB Sport map, skip shifts are eliminated except for 1 > 3 shifts in low speed and light throttle situations. There are also more responsive downshift schedules and more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules. This allows smoother driving experience in off throttle situations and when slowing to a stop.

Huge difference in the way the vehicle feels. More power, and much better transmission. Wow, the transmission was more impressive than the engine.

Does the carbon fiber intake work as a stand alone or does it still require accessport/tune on a 2019?

There is no tuning required on the 19 model year. But, to get any power gains, you'll want a tune to go with it!

Thanks for the reply. Future plans include a tune, but for now I just want to add some carbon fiber bits to the engine. So I was looking at the intake and tank cover. Any discounts for forum members if I wanted to order both?
