Found the short fixed it. Replaced the F30 fuse and bam reconnected the battery and the marker lights work. Thanks for the input and patience. Love this community. Thanks to @FordTechOne and @CoronaRaptor Time for a beer!

Pulled the new fuse I put in and it was blown too.

Yep pulled head out of my ***. Found F30 and it was blown. Replaced with a good 15A. Still no front grille marker lights. Thanks for being patient with me. Any thoughts? Do I need to unplug the battery and reset the bcm after doing that? The rears never stopped working and still do. Lol.

Thank you for your reply! I did not splice any wires. I’ll check the fuse. I did plug into a fuse for the drl lights I believe as part of the kit. I’m assuming you mean the box on top of the radiator with all the fuses in it? Check there?

Ok so got delayed a week on the rear shocks. Will report back with pics once installed. The front is done gen 1 OEM shocks installed with Mid perch mod. Bottom pic is before and top is after, I completely forgot to measure. I will measure the rear height prior to install.
