I noticed the same thing during my test drive before purchasing that the passenger mirror was loose and rattled when hitting small bumps. The dealer looked at it and said the tightened it all the way. When I used the auto fold the first time it made a popping noise after they adjusted it and...
I have about 3,500 miles on mine had since late September. I love the color it is the first flat color vehicle I have had. It definitely shows swirl marks a lot more than a metallic color vehicle. You can't tell in the shade really color looks darker and doesn't show imperfections as bad, but...
On your fill ups, are you filling until fuel will no longer fit, or stopping when the pump stops? If you fill up on a slight hill, the pump stops sooner, and the neck could fill sooner, and each fuel pump cuts off at a different point.
Don’t chase your tail by obsessing over calculated fuel...
I have about 2,500 miles on my new truck and the cluster is showing anywhere between 17-18 MPG after running a tank of gas through. Every time I have filled up I check the MPG manually at the gas pump and am usually around 15MPG. Is this normal to be about 3 MPG off from actual MPG when...
Just filled my tank again and I have about 1300 miles on my 2018. Cluster said 17.6 for that tank and I checked at pump and averaged 15.2. Over 2 mpg off from the cluster. You can't go by the cluster as it is quite a bit off than actual. Check mileage at pump and you will be surprised.
I only have 1100 or so miles on my truck but, I checked the oil after bringing it home from the dealership and it is above the full line a little on the dipstick. Like you said I checked it multiple times and each time was showing the same over full a little. I have just been driving it and...
The Mileage on the cluster is not accurate. You have to manually check mileage when you fill your tank to get the accurate reading. You will be surprised it can be a big difference.
The manual says to not labor the engine for the first 1,000 miles and shift up through the gears early, also to vary speeds. I have drove mine hard a few times in sport mode. Almost to the 1,000 mile mark. About 900 miles on mine now.
Picked up my 2018 from dealer yesterday with 15 miles on her. I was getting 23 MPG driving home on the highway around 60-65 mph. Overall about 17 mpg on way home but I was in a lot of stop and go traffic in town. I was driving her pretty easy but did get on it a few times in sport mode.
Your blend date is your build date. The date on the bottom is when the sticker was last updated. You should be able to track the shipping progress of your truck through FP chat.
Anyone tried the F11 top coat products? Are they as good as advertised? Taking delivery of my Raptor soon and want to keep this thing looking prime. What products are your favorite to detail with?
Congrats man the tailgate doesn't look bad at all. FP shows mine is scheduled to be at dealer 21-25th so any day now! Getting excited.
Ordered 7/24
VIN around 8/24
Build Date 9/13
Scheduled to dealer by 9/25
Lead Foot SCREW 802A-tailgate step-bed extender-2nd row heated seats
My build date was yesterday, does that mean that it is built in one day? Or does it take multiple days to build one? Also after build, is there anyway to get tracking info for the convoy?
I Like the AG over black personally. Black looks good too, but the AG stands out more to me. I originally wanted AG but ordered lead foot since its no longer offered. Glad with my decision I really like the color in person when I got to check one out at the dealership. Still waiting on mine...

Just so you know I am not a kid who wants to have the pimpest ride in the starbucks line! I don't even drink starbucks. Also I don't care about showing off and don't care what people think of my ride. I currently have a 2001 Toyota Tundra that I have had for about 13 years...
